    SCOUTING FOR FOOD 2020 –
The local Boy Scouts began collecting food for food pantries with their ‘Scouting For Food’ program that began on Saturday, Nov. 14th. The Scouts are not going door to door this year due to the pandemic and health concerns. The Scouts took a different approach and set up ‘Donation Stations’ at Potosi Save-A-Lot and Walmart on Saturday. The weather was terrible and the Scouts tried to dodge the rain drops as they received food items from the public. They typically drop off bags on one Saturday and pick them up on the next. This coming Saturday, Nov. 21st, the Scouts will again be at the parking lots to collect from 10 a.m. to 12 noon before going to the pantries.
