For the Steers, Jaecie Turnbough had the winning animal as Grand Champion Overall and Grand Champion Show. Jaecie was the first in the ring for the Steer Sale and Brent Gant, Unico Bank, had the winning bid at $2.90 per pound. The Fair Weight for the winning steer was 1460 pounds. 73RD ANNUAL WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIR CELEBRATED 4H & FFA with the Annual Shows and Sale on Thursday, August 5th, 2021 at the Washington County Fairgrounds. As the Annual County Fair celebrated their four day Fair activities, the Livestock Shows and Sale were held this past Thursday. The Livestock Shows were held during the day on Wednesday and Thursday and the Sale started at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The youngsters all did very well in the show and with the sale and the support from the public at the sale was again great this year.
