JV CONTRACTING DOING ‘FINISHING TOUCHES’ ON COURT Annex building at 104 North Missouri Street. The Washington County Circuit Clerk’s Office is now officially in its new location and Associate Court is in session in the new courtroom. JV is installing cornice caps and trim on the building roof and doing some final tuck pointing. The building is adjacent to the Washington County Courthouse on the North side of the complex. The Annex has been in use for the past couple weeks.
