‘Kiddies Day’ Saturday At County Fair 2021

The traditional “Kiddies Day” will be held between the hours of 10 A.M. and 3 P.M. Saturday, August 7th at the 73rd Annual Washington County Fair held at the Potosi Lions Fairgrounds located on Highway 185 at the West edge of Potosi.

“Kiddies Day” is designated especially for area youngsters with Unlimited Ride Wrist Bands available for $10 each.

Admission is Free and youngsters attending will have an opportunity to win one of the numerous prizes to be awarded at the drawing at the close of the afternoon.

Prizes such as bicycles, tricycles, wagons, scooters, radios, etc. are donated each year by Fair Sponsors, P.B.J. Happee Days Amusements and local merchants and businessmen and women.

The smaller items will be awarded first then the larger items and finally the bicycles. Winning tickets not claimed are destroyed and not returned to the box.

Food and refreshment stands and some booths will be open during “Kiddies Day” also.

Following the drawing everyone will clear the Fairgrounds to allow for clean-up and re-opening that evening for the “Fair Finale”.
