Wildlife Association Drive Thru ‘Get Together’

The Washington County Wildlife Protective Association is hosting a drive through evening where dues for the Association will be collected and drawing tickets for a shotgun giveaway will be handed out.

Dennis Boyer, President of the Washington County Wildlife Association has announced for the group that the Annual Turkey & Owl Hoot won’t be held due to the continuing health concerns in the community.

However, the annual shotgun drawing will be held and the giveaway is set for Thursday, April 15th, 2021. Donation drawing tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. The shotgun this year is a camo stock Mossberg 835 12 gauge pump with full choke. An alternative option of $300 cash is also offered. Winner must be 18 or older to claim the firearm.

The drive thru will be held Tuesday, March 5th at the Washington County Library parking lot and start at 5 p.m. Thank you for your support!
