Kathy Lou Welker

Kathy Lou Welker, born on June 4, 1959, in Ironton, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at the age of 65. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Kathy was the daughter of the late Willard Dicus and Anna Mae (Cibulka) Dicus. On December 20, 1974, she was united in marriage to Willard L. Welker, with whom she shared a beautiful journey of 50 years. Together, they built a home in Palmer, Missouri, where they resided for an impressive 48 years, cultivating not just their garden but also a life filled with love and laughter.
Kathy was a member of the Berryman Assembly of God, where she attended services for many years. Kathy's enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors. She cherished camping and fishing in her earlier years, creating lasting memories with family and friends. Kathy took great pride in planting flowers and working alongside her her husband Willard in their vegetable garden. Family was important to Kathy, and she dearly loved holiday gatherings, particularly at Christmas. 
She is survived by her husband, Willard L. Welker; two daughters, Tonja and Rich Hargiss, and Becky and Dale Bollinger; four grandchildren, Austin (Pricilla) Gensler, Zachary Hargiss, Dale “Sparky” (Jessica) Bollinger, and Blake Bollinger; and three great-grandchildren, Harper, Linlee, and Camille. Additionally, she is remembered fondly by her five siblings: Wanda Dicus, Donna (Dennis) Bergner, Mary Martinez and Jose, Quinton Dicus, and Randy Dicus and Janet; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Anna Dicus; her granddaughter, Caylin Gensler; her sister, Linda Parson; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Merlin and Mildred Welker and many other dear relatives.
Kathy will be remembered for the love and joy she spread to those around her. She will be greatly missed. Kathy's funeral services were entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.

Robert Allen Radford, Sr., known as Robbie, passed away at home on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the age of 61. He was born in St. Louis on June 28, 1963, to the late Clifford and Shirley (Culp) Radford.
Robbie had a zest for life, enjoying simple pleasures such as playing pool, listening to music—especially Guns and Roses, horseback riding, and camping. He cherished time spent outdoors, often found swimming at the river or working diligently in his garden. The Fourth of July held a special place in his heart, being one of his favorite holidays.
Family meant everything to Robbie. He was known for his generosity and willingness to help others. He leaves behind a loving wife, Sheila Radford; a son, Robert Allen Radford Jr.; and six grandchildren: Aleisha (Matthew) Jenkerson, Devin (Susie) Radford, Christopher Radford, Kelsey (Bryon) Bourbon Jr., Lydia Pratt, and Robbie Hafner. He also had two great-grandchildren, Maci Jenkerson and Erin Radford. Robbie is survived by two siblings, Rose Marie (Byford) Friend and Pam Cunningham, and many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Robbie was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Shirley Radford; his son, Christopher Radford; brothers Billy Radford and Clifford Radford Jr.; sister Rosemary DeRousse; nephew Michael DeRousse; mother-in-law Juanita Ham; sister-in-law Phyllis Ham; and brother-in-law Kevin Strange.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to DeClue Funeral Home.
