Pamella Neff

Pamella Joy Neff, born on March 29, 1955, in Plymouth, Michigan, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2025. She was a beloved mother, sister, and friend whose caring nature and compassion touched the lives of many.
Throughout her life, Pamella was known for being a loving and thoughtful friend, always keeping others in her thoughts and prayers. Her dedication to family and friends was evident in the time she spent with them, cherishing every moment and creating lasting memories that will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Pamella is survived by her devoted daughter, Jennifer Gould of Richwoods, as well as her sister, Betty Tibbitts. She is also survived by her sons: Brian Gould of Richwoods, Steven Siegel of Potosi; brother, Richard Tibbitts. Her legacy continues through her ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly. In addition to her immediate family, Pamella leaves behind many other relatives and friends who will miss her warmth and kindness.
She was preceded in death by her fiancé, Phil LaRue, parents, Florence (Boring) Tibbitts and Floyd Tibbitts, along with her sisters Amanda Gould and Rita Sherrar. Their absence is felt deeply, as Pamella carried them in her heart throughout her life.
Pamella will be remembered not only for her loving spirit but also for her ability to bring people together. Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her legacy of love and compassion will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
