Jeffery Lee Lawson

Jeffery Lee Lawson known by family and friends by Jeff passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024, at the age of 62 years. He was born May 4, 1962, in Potosi to the late Reuben W. and Billie Ruth (Tucker) Lawson. 
Jeff had an appreciation for the outdoors. He enjoyed  fishing, hunting, and riding four-wheelers. Above all, Jeff loved his family, especially his children and grandchildren. Jeff devoted many years working for the local union in construction. 
Jeff leaves behind two daughters, Sarah Huff (Anthony) and Chelsea Lawson; two sons, Jacob and Tucker Lawson; granddaughter, Sadie Huff; grandson, Hudson Lawson; adopted daughter Katelyn Bourbon (Larry) and their two children; sister Crystal and Angie; brothers, Lynn and Carol, and James Anthony Lawson; and sister-in-law, Jayne Lawson. 
Jeff is preceded in passing by both of his parents as well as two brothers, Reuben L. Lawson and Larry Allen Lawson; sister, Rebecca Lawson, and precious granddaughter, Carlie Huff. 
No services will be held at this time. Arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
