Deborah Rae Richardson, lovingly known as Debbie, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at her home at the age of 67. She was born on November 4, 1957 in St. Louis and was a beloved daughter of the late Raymond S. Richardson and Juanita (Chamberlain) Richardson.
Debbie was a warm and caring individual, whose passions and hobbies reflected her profound love for nature and family. She found immense joy in spending time at the river, embracing the tranquility it offered while indulging in her love for searching for arrowheads. Debbie was especially loved her family, cherishing each moment spent with her grandchildren, whom she adored deeply. Her nurturing spirit extended to her love for animals, particularly her fondness for cats. Whether they were her own or strays in need, Debbie made it her mission to feed and care for them, demonstrating her compassionate heart.
She is survived by her four children: Patrick Richardson, Jaime McDonough, Amii McDonough, and Jason Waltman and his wife Kelsey. Debbie also leaves behind three siblings: Rusty Richardson and his wife Brenda, Suzanne Richardson, and Kelly Richardson and his wife Pam. Additionally, Debbie also leaves behind her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Juanita Richardson, as well as many other dear relatives.
There will be no formal services held for Debbie. DeClue Funeral Home was honored to have cared for her arrangements.
