Absentee Voting Has Begun – 2024 General Election Ballot Available at County Clerk’s

The Washington County Clerk’s Office is now accepting voters for the 2024 General Election that is set for Tuesday, November 5th.
Absentee voting is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Washington County Courthouse in the County Clerk’s Office.
The County Clerk’s Office is located on the first floor of the Courthouse at 102 North Missouri Street, at the back left corner of the entrance hallway.
Voters need to remember to bring a photo ID and be prepared to spend a few minutes as the ballot is one of the largest in years. The actual size of the ballot is 8 1/2 inches wide and 17 inches long with both sides mostly covered.
The candidates, President through Public Administrator are on the front, with Judges starting there and continuing on the back. There are seven questions on the back for Washington County with an eighth for Sullivan Fire voters.
