TURKEY YOUTH HUNT SUCCESS

Noah Fleer got his first turkey on Saturday, April 6th, 2024 during the Youth Portion of the ‘24 Spring Turkey Season. The nice gobbler was taken at his grandpa’s farm in Belgrade. Noah is the 9 year old son of Nathan Fleer and was hunting at Grandpa David’s farm. Noah’s dad said, “We got one good gobble, but he had been really quiet. We had some hens come in behind us, so we were lucky to be in the right spot!” The bird had 7/8” spurs with a 9 1/2” beard and weighed between 20 & 21 lbs. Congrats!
