WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF’S ADMINISTRATION BUILDING GETTING SET TO OPEN

Sheriff Zach Jacobsen announced the Department was working on moving in and ‘probably 90% done’ at Monday, March 25th’s County Commission Meeting at the Courthouse. The building is getting final touches and may be ready for public service by Monday, April 1st, 2024. The new facility has all services on one floor with a full basement for evidence, equipment and data storage. The main entrance for the new building is on the East side and faces the Towne Square Parking Lot. A dedication ceremony will be planned for a later date, after the Sheriff’s Staff gets settled in and operations back to ‘day to day’.
