SPLASH PAD IN PLACE AT CITY PARK

The City of Potosi has a four part project that is underway at the City Park on Highway P (Park Drive). An all inclusive playground, new pavilion, splash pad and accessible restrooms are all being built and installed at the South side of the Park. Debby Bust has been working with a large volunteer group that has been doing fund raising to help finish the playground part of the project. Ms. Bust reported at the County Commission on Monday, July 10th, that just $150,000 +/- was all that was left to raise as several donations from businesses, individuals and organizations have already been received. The group has name bricks available as well as opportunities to sponsor specific parts of the playground.
