Charles Perry “Tweed” Parmley
Charles Perry “Tweed” Parmley of Potosi was born on September 13th, 1937, in Potosi, a son to the late Garner and Minnie (Morgan) Parmley. Charles entered his heavenly home on Friday, April 28th, 2023, with his daughter by his side, having reached the age of 85 years, 7 months and 15 days.
Charles is survived by his daughter Vickie and son in law Eric Peterson of Blackwell; sister, Gladys Volner of Potosi; brother, Bobby Parmley and wife Wilma of Potosi; granddaughter, Erica Peterson, five great grandsons, Logan and Wyatt Eye, Ethan and Lucas Woods, Evan Rasnic, one great great grandson, Wesley Eye and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Garner and Minnie, Charles was preceded in death by his brothers, Hershul Parmley and Billy Richards; sister, Mickie Bunch and grandson Jason Woods.
Charles enjoyed the beauty of nature while he spent time hunting, fishing, and gardening. Charles loved to spend time with his family, friends and especially getting quality time with his grandsons. Charles had a heart of gold and would do anything to help anyone who was in need. Charles touched many lives, and together with his family, and friends, they made many memories that will be cherished for many years to come.
All services were under the care and direction of Moore Funeral Home in Potosi.
