Dennis Belfield

Dennis Ray Belfield of Mineral Point was born October 19, 1979 in St. Louis, a son to Loubelle Phipps and the late Raymond Belfield. Dennis departed this life Monday, October 19, 2020 having reached the age of forty-one years.

Dennis is survived by his mother, Ruby Belfield of Potosi; two sisters, Pamela Belfield (Thomas Mulligan) of DeSoto, Jennifer James of Yulee, Florida; niece, Ashlynne James of Florida; biological mother, Loubelle Ray of Park Hills; best friend Gary Lohman of Park Hills; fur babies, Max, Farley, Baby Girl and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to his father, Dennis was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Belfield; grandparents, Raymond and Pansy Belfield, Edmond and Myrtle Coleman.
Dennis was a loving family man, cherishing every moment with his family. He loved to watch wrestling, movies and was an avid reader. He always had a joke to tell and making people laugh brought him great joy. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and pets.

Visitation for Dennis was held Thursday, October 22nd from 4-8 P.M. at Moore Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held Friday, October 23rd at 11 A.M. with Pastor David Lindow officiating.

Burial and final prayers took place at Redbud Memorial Gardens in Potosi. Serving as pallbearers were Gary Lohman, Bobby Rousan, Thomas Mulligan, Josh Belfield Mike Sansoucie and Donnie Belfield.

All services were under the care and direction of Moore Funeral Home in Potosi.
