Constance “Connie” Maness

Constance “Connie” Maness of Cadet, Missouri, was born on September 28, 1967, in St Louis, Missouri to Joseph and Margaret (Duke) Janusweski. Connie passed away on January 2, 2022 at her home, having reached the age of fifty-four years, three months, and five days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her husband, David Maness; children: Joseph Sansoucie (wife, Sue), and Maggie Sansoucie and Richard Trusty; grandchildren: Katlyn, Lee, Charles, Wyatt, Abbie, and Joy; siblings: Joseph Janusweski, and Cindy Howard (husband, Scott); brother-in-law, Don Govero; and first husband and father of her children, Keith Sansoucie.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her siblings: Ricky Huffman, Sharon Govero, Rodney Mercille, Randy Mercille, and Carry Mercille.

Connie enjoyed outdoor activities including mushroom hunting, fishing, planting flowers, and camping. In her free time she loved putting together puzzles, sewing, playing cards and shopping online. Her family and grandchildren were her world and she will be greatly missed.

A time of visitation was held on Friday, January 7, 2022, from 11 am to 1 pm at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664.

A Funeral Service followed the visitation beginning at 1 pm Friday. Interment was held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Tiff, MO.
