56th Annual... ELKS SEEK DONATIONS FOR CHRISTMAS CHARITY

WASHINGTON COUNTY ELECTED OFFICIALS SUPPORT POTOSI ELKS CHRISTMAS CHARITY PROGRAM – On Monday, November 8th, 2021, the County’s elected officials took a moment to get a picture and make their donations to the Potosi Elks Christmas Charity Program that is now underway in the area. The Annual Christmas program provides clothes, shoes and coats for youngsters in the County that may need a little help during the holiday. The Annual Christmas Charity is now collecting donations for the program and the Annual Christmas Charity Auction that is set for Saturday, Dec. 4th, 2021 at 7 p.m. The Potosi Elks appreciate all the community support that makes this annual program a success for our community’s children. The 56th Annual Potosi Elks Christmas Charity Auction will be held starting at 7 P.M. Sat., Dec. 4th at the Elks Reception Hall. Donations are now being solicited for the annual event.

You might think the Elks are pushing the season, but they are already working to make this a “Merry Christmas” for 500 or more children from our community again this year.

For 55 years the Potosi Elks Annual Dinner and Auction has put shoes, clothes, underwear and coats on thousands of smiling faces.

You donation does make a difference for area youngsters.

Donations of an item for the Auction or a cash donation would be greatly appreciated. All funds raised go to help needy children in the community. With the wonderful help of everyone-businesses, civic organizations and individuals-the Elks are looking forward to another great year for the kids.

Mark your calendar, Saturday, December 4th, 2021 for the Annual Dinner & Auction at the Potosi Elks Lodge “on the hill” in Potosi. The Steak Dinner begins at 4 p.m. with delicious steaks, chicken or shrimp and the Auction follows at 7 p.m. with a great selection of items and always some unique finds! You are invited to attend. The food is great and the auction is a lot of fun for a great cause. Your response and help are always appreciated.
