SHOW-ME RALLY COMING TO COUNTY
The Promoters of the 100 Acre Wood National and Trespassers Wil Regional Rallies have announced that planning is underway to conduct the annual Show-me Rally based from the Potosi Lions Den and Fairgrounds on Friday & Saturday, November 5th & 6th, 2021. This event is always a good tourism draw for the Washington County Area.
Changing up the schedule a bit this year, the organizers are glad to be able to welcome spectators back to designated areas on the rally circuit.
A Park Expose will be at Towne Square parking lot at the Courthouse starting at 9 A.M. until 10 A.M. on Saturday, Nov. 6th. Planners expect approximately 32+ cars. The drivers will begin the Show-Me Rally on Friday, Nov. 5th in the middle of the afternoon. The start will not be considered a spectator point and will have limited access to those involved in the Rally.

There will be five spectator areas, see the map and watch for further details as the schedule becomes final.
The promotional flyer includes Friday, Nov. 5th with service at the Potosi Lions Club fairgrounds, Stage 2 at 3:50 p.m., back to service at the Lions at 4:30 p.m. and then Stage 4 at 6:40 p.m. Stages 2 & 4 include a spectator point.
Saturday, Nov. 6th includes the Parc Expose at Towne Square from 9 to 10 a.m.; service at the Potosi Lions at 1:40 p.m.; Stage 8 offers two spectator points at 3 p.m. and Stage 10 goes back over the same course at 4:30 p.m., offering fans a chance to see the stage twice.
The event is headquartered in Potosi and is a great opportunity for race fans to see the race cars, drivers and learn more about the sport of Rally racing.
