Stephan Andy Whitlock

Stephan Andy Whitlock of Belgrade, Missouri, was born on August 2, 1941, a son to the late Willard Whitlock and the late Winifred Dyer. Steve passed away on October 7, 2021, having reached the age of eighty years, two months, and five days.

Those who remain to cherish his memory are his children: Cameron Whitlock, Hilary Smith, and Steven Potter; stepchildren: Christopher (Electra) Walendzak, Anthony (Tami) Walendzak, Kimberly (Ed) Runkle, and Rebekah (Joseph) Slepski; many grandchildren; and sister, Kay Cummins. Steve is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Winifred Whitlock; foster parents, George and Norma Comley; wife, Barbara Whitlock; mother of his children, Carole Potter; son, Stewart Whitlock; grandson, Brent Smith, and siblings: Kenneth Whitlock and Juanita Findlay.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on October 30, 2021 at 1pm at the Whitlock Property located at 13563 Gildea Rd, Belgrade, MO, officiated by Joe Slepski and Dannie & Sara Wagner. If you would like to follow in a Funeral Procession, we will depart from DeClue Funeral Home at approx. 12:00 pm to travel to the Whitlock Property. Full military honors will be presented by the United States Air Force and VFW Post 6947.

Steve was a lover of animals, so in lieu of flowers, you may donate to your local animal shelter or the ASPCA (ASPCA Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 96929, Washington, DC 20090-6929. ) in Steve's memory.
