    Grand Opening AT EDEN FARM CREATIONS – On Saturday, Sept. 11th, 2021 the Caledonia Business Association and Village Trustees hosted a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening for the newest business in Caledonia. Lisa & Paul Soest have opened Eden Farm Creations at Farmhouse 1807, featuring homemade decor and crafts. The couple formerly had a shop in Ste. Genevieve and have moved to the Caledonia area to be closer to family. The store is located at 20637 S. State Hwy. 21 and is open Thursday-Friday & Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. The ribbon cutting featured members of Lisa and Paul’s family and friends; local business association members and three members of the Village Board; Mayor John Robinson III, Board Members Debra Bay and Nina Gilliam.
