Elks Christmas Charity Auction Held Saturday, March 6, 2021 Had Good Crowd & Bidding Had ‘Spring Feel’ & ‘Was Different’

ELKS CHRISTMAS CHARITY AUCTION HELD SATURDAY – The Potosi Elks Lodge #2218 held their re-scheduled Christmas Charity Auction on Saturday, March 6th at the Lodge Hall. A good crowd was on hand with limited seating during the evening event. The Potosi Elks had wonderful support from the community as usual with lots of donations that were sold to the highest bidder. The Potosi Elks were able to take some County school children shopping while others submitted lists for items for Christmas. The Lodge served over 370 kids during the holiday season and continue to send over 300 ‘food back packs’ home with students each week from school. The Potosi Elks Lodge membership expressed their appreciation for the continued support of both programs by the community. Merry Christmas (in March)!
