Lillian “Lilly” Anna Moses

Lillian “Lilly” Anna Moses of Caledonia was born on May 5, 1945 in Hayword, California, a daughter to the late Clarence Everett and Helen Douglas Fetters. Lilly left this earth to take her place with Jesus on March 29, 2021 having reached the age of seventy-five years, ten months and twenty-four days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her four children, Laura Lewis, Ronnie (Kristina) Moses, Billy (Tracy) Moses and Monica (Julia Ancell) Moses; stepdaughter, Acey (Fro) Walker; grandchildren, Megan, Molly, Maddi, R.J., Olivia, Isabelle, Josh and Jennifer, Kolby and Matty, Jordan and Andrea, Kaleb; step grandchildren, Xanthia McCaul and Jasalyn Buchanan, great-grandchildren: Taiden and Addison; siblings, Charles Fetters, Dennis Fetters, Richard Cox, Juanita Miller and Theresa Mills.

Lilly was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Helen Fetters; daughter, Missy Moses; brother, Michael Kist; sisters, Brenda Curlessand Helen Fisher.

Lilly was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She had a huge spirit and was full of love and life. Lilly was a long-time member of Adam Bethel Church where she spent most of her Sundays. Lilly was very involved in her community. She was the secretary for the Village of Caledonia, where she also organized the annual Pumpkin Fest for many years. She also served on the Caledonia Fire Board. Next to her relationship with Jesus, her family was the light of her life. She adored her great grand-babies and loved playing games with her grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 2nd from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 2nd at 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Eddie Mitkos officiating, assisted by Steven Thomas. Interment followed at Antioch Cemetery in Belgrade.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
